Job Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategies through competitive analysis and audience insights.
- Stay updated on trends to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice.
- Develop editorial calendars for consistent content distribution.
- Optimize company pages for visibility on each platform.
- Implement platform-specific best practices, including posting times, hashtags, and layout.
- Engage with community members, respond to comments/messages, and moderate user content.
- Capture and analyze social media metrics to measure engagement and growth.
- Provide insights to refine social media strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer relations teams to maintain a cohesive brand image.
- Work with customer service to ensure a positive experience for social media inquiries.
- Identify key influencers and brand advocates for collaborations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Experience with management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of web design, SEO, and CRO.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with an eye for engaging messaging.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with paid social media ads.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.
- Additional languages or certifications in social media/digital marketing are a plus.
