About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist/Manager to help improve our search rankings, drive organic traffic, and boost online visibility. You’ll be responsible for keyword research, content optimization, link-building, and technical SEO, and you’ll work with other teams to align SEO efforts across the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and analyze competitors and trends to develop a robust keyword strategy.
- Optimize content, meta tags, titles, headers, and internal links for targeted keywords and enhance page structure.
- Suggest new content topics, audit existing content, and ensure optimization at publication.
- Conduct audits, resolve crawling/indexing issues, and work with developers on structured data and page speed.
- Develop link-building strategies, secure high-quality backlinks, and manage backlink profiles.
- Track and report on SEO metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in SEO with proven results; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proficient in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs), basic HTML/CSS, and a strong understanding of ranking algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Google Analytics or SEO certifications; experience in e-commerce SEO and conversion optimization.
