About the Role
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to design, implement, and optimize email campaigns that build brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty. You’ll collaborate with our content, design, and strategy teams to craft impactful emails that reflect our brand voice and deliver on business goals. Your expertise in automation, segmentation, and performance tracking will be key to creating high-performing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email campaigns to engage audiences, promote products, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Develop a strategic email calendar, including newsletters and promotions, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Write, edit, and proofread clear, compelling email content, working with designers for optimized layouts across devices and maintaining consistent branding.
- Build targeted email lists based on behavior and demographics. Use personalization techniques to enhance relevance, and maintain clean, compliant email lists.
- Set up and optimize automated workflows (welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders) to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- Track and analyze metrics (open rates, click-through rates), conduct A/B tests, and generate reports to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure emails meet data privacy standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), manage preferences, and adapt to regulatory changes.
- Partner with sales, product, and content teams to create cohesive, goal-aligned campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field.
- Proven experience in email or digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and CRM tools; knowledge of automation and segmentation strategies; basic HTML/CSS; experience with A/B testing and analytics.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and customer-focused messaging; excellent organization and attention to detail; a creative and analytical mindset; team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for email templates.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
