About the Role
We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to create user-centered digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging. As a UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in translating user needs into meaningful interactions that align with business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless user journeys that not only solve user challenges but also enhance overall satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand user needs and create personas and journey maps.
- Develop wireframes and task flows, organizing content for easy navigation and usability.
- Create interactive prototypes, conduct usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
- Work with developers to ensure cohesive, feasible designs.
- Identify UX issues, propose user-centered solutions, and apply iterative design for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on UX/UI best practices and competitor innovations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven UX design experience with a portfolio of user-centered projects.
- Proficient in Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Axure, and familiar with user research tools; basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
