About the Role
We’re looking for a results-oriented PPC Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising efforts across search engines and social media. As a PPC Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving targeted traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven strategies. Your expertise in keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis will be critical in helping us achieve our business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop PPC strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness; conduct keyword research and set up campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Write compelling ad copy, create visually engaging ads, and run A/B tests to refine ad creatives and targeting.
- Adjust bids to optimize budget, control daily ad spend, and maximize ROI using manual and automated strategies.
- Collaborate with design teams to improve landing pages for faster load times and higher conversions.
- Track metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to assess campaign success and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use segmentation and retargeting tools (Google Remarketing, Facebook Pixel) to engage audiences and increase conversions.
- Analyze competitors to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Ensure ads meet platform standards and perform quality checks to maintain campaign integrity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven PPC experience with a track record of results.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad tools; strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset, effective time management, and strong copywriting skills.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
- Experience with PPC tools like SEMrush or AdEspresso.
