About the Role
We’re seeking an analytical and skilled CRM Specialist to manage, customize, and optimize our CRM system, driving sales, marketing, and customer service success. You’ll configure workflows, automate processes, and provide insights to boost customer retention and enhance the customer experience. Your work will empower our teams to better connect with customers and fuel business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Configure GoHighLevel (or similar CRM) for lead capture, customer communication, and sales/marketing workflows; create reports, views, and custom dashboards.
- Import and organize customer data, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and analyze customer behaviors for targeted engagement.
- Design and implement automated workflows and lead scoring to improve sales and marketing efficiency.
- Align CRM data with marketing tools, track pipeline metrics, and support handoff from marketing to sales.
- Map customer journeys, set up loyalty and upsell campaigns, and monitor customer feedback.
- Train teams on CRM usage, troubleshoot issues, and maintain user guides and documentation.
- Develop CRM reports to track KPIs, use A/B testing for optimization, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Regularly update CRM software, manage access permissions, and ensure data security compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven CRM experience with GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- CRM customization and automation, data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI), and CRM reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication for training, and high attention to detail.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
